1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website and services of Five or Free Electrical Heating and Air Solutions (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
We provide residential and commercial electrical, heating, air conditioning, and air quality services in the State of California. All work is performed by licensed professionals under CA LIC #1002667.
3. The S.C.O.R.E Guarantee
Our 5 Promises Kept or the Job is FREE guarantee applies to all eligible residential service calls. To qualify, the service must be a standard residential job completed by a Five or Free Promise Keeper. The determination of whether a promise was not met is at the sole discretion of Five or Free management. This guarantee does not apply to commercial projects, emergency after-hours service, or third-party subcontracted work.
4. Pricing & Estimates
All estimates are provided upfront before work begins. The agreed-upon price will not change unless you approve additional work in writing. Pricing is valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate unless otherwise stated.
5. Warranties
Five or Free provides a 5-year material warranty and up to a 15-year service warranty on qualifying installations. Warranty terms vary by service type and are detailed in your service agreement. Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original property and customer.
6. Scheduling & Cancellation
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a trip charge at our discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Five or Free Electrical Heating and Air Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Five or Free Electrical Heating and Air Solutions and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
